Let me start off by telling you that I love the layout of the blog. It is easy on the eyes and does not have a gazillion links for everything on the blessed planet.

I’m glad you have not cluttered your page with ads.

The articles are brilliant and made me laugh.

Hey Anuj, welcome to IB Reviews - here are my two cents. 

• Like the fact that your blog title and wordpress subdomain are same - this is important from b*****ng your blog to SEO as well. 
• The Blockquotes are working against readability a bit, may be due to the turquoise‎ colored border or because of a different font. Try keeping the same font-face for the blockquotes and I think that should work, but in any case, get read of the border.
• I am a fan of big fonts sizes.. so I will hold my comments on the font size but as Archana said they are readable, that is what matters. You cannot please them all :)
• You do not have an active navigation. Instead of using Pages for the top navigation, use Categories. 
• You have too many posts on the home page - keep a max of 5 posts
• For longer posts, use the Read More functionality from your post editor
• Remove Meta from the footer widgets - really you can remember your admin URL. 
• Footer widgets are not properly arrange - I feel some may not be needed like Site Meter, Blog Stats etc.
