Domain name is a bit long. Clean look of blog. Font sizes are great. Keep the background a little light :) All the best!
I love Italian food and i'm totally going to try your Lasagne recipe. We often experiment at home and we check out random recipes off the internet. soemtimes, there are a tonne of recipes for the same dish and we get confused. Invariantly, we end up cooking the one which "looks" better. i think you should add an image of your final dish with a neat presentation. You can get them salivating just by reading your blog!
