Dr.Ma'am a very good blog, I think you should move to tld to get maximum coverage.  I would cost you 500 a year to buy a custom domain, keep blogger as a host.

TLD is top level domain a .com, .org or .in  Your blog will get more authority with it.  Kindly choose a short concise and pertinant name.  Dont go for hyphens etc.
