1. Layout is neat. However, you are using a generic blogger template. Since this is a fashion blog and deserves to be prettier, I would suggest that you take a look at some of the customized templates out there and improve upon the look and feel. Let me know if you need any help.
2. Content: Am not much into fashion, but from what I read here the content looks good. :)
3. Frequency of posting is good. Keep the momentum going.
4. Social media; You may consider pinterest and twitter
