I loved the template and your posts, but at first when I visited your blog, I could not locate the latest post. Post is the heart of your blog and it should be taking up most of the space, isn't it? Well that's my views, rest is upto you. Posts are really great.

Hi Amarjeet, Your template and colors selected are good. May be you can have google transalation, so that even non hindi readers can read the post.Poems are very creative. Try to reduce the space below the post, i think recent visitors is occupying much space below(just above footer). try to fill some information or reduce the visitors size.
