I’m Aditi, a baker on a mission. On a 9–5 schedule, I am an editor working with an international publishing house. I am also a keen baker. Being a complete amateur in the field of baking, I hope to adapt the philosophy that Ratatouille taught us: “Anyone can cook” into  ”Anyone can bake”!
