Do you think I should change something?

Life-Stance is my first blog and it has posts on Humour, Self Improvement, Short Stories/Experiences. Amatuer as a writer but enjoying it.

It is very encouraging and motivating to get comments from my readers. However, I realise I need to improve on several fronts, so need some advice from you  

• What do you think I should change in Life-Stance ?
• How do I get more readers?
