please give feedback about my blog
I think perhaps its too early to offer insight into your blog. You're just getting started to regularity
Suggestions I can offer:
- The blog is having its default template still, and then the usual widgets.. keep writing, experiment with templates and find something that suits your writing... Maybe a header that reflects the light hearted nature of the blog and its writings, and a color scheme matching that header.
- Bring up the followers widget. It is early to get the connection using the widget, but if it is more prominent, I think who visits and wants to follow needn't hunt the widget.
- Write more. When I visit a blog, I also tend to see archives. Blogging is so fickle right, anyone can stop any moment. So when I see that the author of that blog is not writing regularly, I assume that he's inactive, and I might not get to see a post there in the near future, or maybe ever also. Most readers also do this I believe.
Oh nearly forgot. Whatever that is below your blog header, adverstisement, or widget, please reposition it to the sidebar. It is very distracting.
thanks for the feedback. yes its true that i am not a continuous blogger but i try hard from now to keep updating. And i wanted a suggestion about templates. I am totally confused about them, dilemma about choosing template. please help me out.
Being in blogspot, you are at an advantage with the deisginer feature there.. always an opportunity to experiment with the look of your blog. Personal choice, I prefer Georgia as a font. very professional, yet attractive too. But that's just me. Whatever attracts you, choose that one, and stick to it through the blog, and don't change it each post. Though it speaks of your passion to write, and keep each different, different fonts are again distracting.
Returning to the matter of template, there are pre-made templates available on net as well. Try searching in the template site like Btemplates.com, check if something would suit your vision about the visual appeal. You can't fall in love with the first design you create in a template I think. Experiment, trial and error.. nothing harmful in that!
i am getting en error code whenever i copy the html code of downlaoded template to my blog. i tried btemplate.com. pleaese help me out.
