- Your blog has a slideshow I suppose? Right below the header? It just keeps on loading and loading.. Doesnt show up soon. Do try to fix that.
- I don't know if anyone would see that you are in blog adda the first thing. That badge, which I think is to drive traffic to your site, brings the same traffic even if kept in the bottom bar. I'd highy suggest you take it off the "popular" tab, and maybe add the "followers widget" in its place.
- 10 popular posts is a little too much IMO. Maybe it can be lessened.
- Tell more about the blog if you can, in that about the blog page. It'd help.
- Bring up the followers widget and the labels widget. I know there is a clickable archives link, but the readers who come to ur space will be looking especially for that too, along with the followers and labels.. that should be displayed without having to be clicked.
- The blog is quite known and useful, why don't you make a page on Facebook for it, and add a like box to your sidebar, so anyone who wishes to connect through that can do so
