No one would like to scroll half way down the page to start reading posts. Move the Google+ gadget and About Me section to the right or left so that the post will be visible without scrolling. The Blogs Archive looks too lengthy : Use a drop down list. And I find too many badges. Remove some of them or replace them with small icons and place them in a single row.
