Hey Charu, this is my favorite topic...
You have a nice template and the logo is looking great... though the layout is a bit cluttered... at places, the advertisment is getting over the content...
Try your blog in multiple browsers to check whether it looks okay. The Recent posts and labels, favorites etc. can be aligned in a good way. check that out.
