Great work Indeed. May be the right time to go for your own domain and start taking  it to the next level. You already have PR3, create a domain, link from this site to new domain and monetize that. with good traffic in your site, you sure to have some revenue coming from advertisement which will encourage you to write more professionally.

Thanks Rupam! I considered moving to my own domain, but I'm afraid I'll lose the SEO benefits of wordpress and won't have enough time to do it on my own + spend time writing. Thanks for the advice anyway, maybe sometime in the future :)
