I am not an artistic person so take my review with a pinch of salt
1. Having members as teh first thing on your blog is a bold move, let me know how its working foryou
2.Your front page seems to be empty in terms of content etc. It would be ideal to have more content ,maybe snippets rather than full posts
3.yours is more of photo blog,why not use some other template .Blogspot has some amaxing dynamic templates
4.Your strong point is that you help people make things also, that is not clearly called out or highlighted,why not have a secyion at very top insted of members .Have your best posts there horizintal if possible
