Well I liked the content  on your site. And it is a more of a news site and less of a blog. But telecom does need to have a dedicated news site like retail and advertising industries have. You can add some features in your site like marketing strategies of various telcos, customer service levels of telco etc. Tie-up with news papers/magazines for latest content and opinions.
