Problems with Blog Aggreagators

The site at haaraam.com has added my blog into its sites list ( without my permission ) and is duplicating the entire content of my blog. I am facing problems with reviews at sponsoredreviews.com where a few reviews were rejected and money deducted. The reason cited is that I have copied from haaraam.

I want to temporarily discontinue my blogger feed so that haaraam may not be able to grab my site contents. . That is, if someone visits http://www.MYBLOG.com/feeds/posts/default or any of the other feed urls, they should receive an error saying that the feed is not available.  Is there any way by which it can be done?

Update: I have found the answer. The option is present in Blogger > Settings > Other > Site Feed > Allow Blog Feed > None

But that did not solve the problem. The site is probably caching the feed on its server. Is there any way to stop it? I have sent a message to them but I am yet to receive a response.

I think this case partly serves as an answer to the discussion here: Isnt a good idea to have an internal readbility of blogs in IndiBlogger itself?

Have anyone of you faced a similar problem ? (different from the regular plagarism where only single posts are copied )
