This is regarding IndiPR. 

I had applied for the binarycaves project on Apr 10, 2016 6:30 PM. In the meantime I was not shortlisted by Apr 11, 2016 4:00 PM which is around the same time that IndiBlogger released its paid PR (3:20 PM approx.), and I still was not able to apply to any of the other PRs, which left me feeling like a sitting duck all the time. I believe when I am not shortlisted for a PR I should be freed to apply to other PRs 'immediately'. This cannot be more emphasized in the forums. 

Also, coming to the bug I am still blocked by the binarycaves project and unable to apply to other PRs while they come and go in front of my eyes, even after not getting shortlisted for the binarycaves PR and surpassing not only 12 hours but approx. 20 hours, after getting the not shortlisted notification. (According to clarifications by IndiTeam on forums I should have been freed from binarycaves project after utmost 12 hours of not getting shortlisted.) which clearly is not the case here. 

PFA a screenshot depicting binarycaves blocking me right now (even after 65 hours from my application to it) from applying to any other PR. [Note: I was unable to attach a .PNG file of 48 kb to this ticket, I get an error "Sorry, only gif/jpeg/png uploads are allowed (max file size 1 MB)." I don't know what's wrong here. This might be another bug to look into.] Hence sending the ticket without the screenshot.

Hope this glitch gets fixed soon, it hurts when I missed the first paid PR due to the blockages.
