For a digital consumer, selecting the right app from a sea of mediocre ones is no easy task. With so many mobile apps (meant for a specific task) getting released every day on the app store and play store, and unfortunately with quite a few of them being, at best, mediocre, it gets quite confusing to decide whether to install a particular app or not. People therefore seek other users' opinions before downloading a new app on their device.
