After the first water-resistance Smartphone Sony Xperia Z, Sony Mobile Communications announced another water-resistance Smartphone (i.e. sibling to the Xperia Z) named Sony Xperia ZR. Sony Xperia ZR was announced on 13th May 2013 in London.
