A quick work trip to Jaipur, capital city of Rajasthan, early this week also turned out to be a food and a foodie experience. I was introduced to Bejad Ki Roti served with Aloo-Pyaaz-Paneer Subzi, Gatte Ki Sabzi and Rajasthani Kadhi.
