I have an Indian palate and am used to the spice and flavors. Chinese comes a close second but I have stayed away from Italian for a while. I find all the pasta sauces very gooey and squishy and somehow that does not appeal to me. I like the taste of pasta though, but I need the right sauce to go with it. Tomato based sauces are too tangy for me and I do not like them one bit.
