This is a twist to the classic Genovese Pasta recipe, by stuffing the vegetables and sauce INSIDE the pasta (Del Monte's Conchiglie pasta in this case) rather than coating the pasta. And then a scene at the beach is set by plating it with food items depicting the seaside. #ItalianEscapades
