The water has not dried despite nearby regions experiencing extreme droughts. Not created by the GODS, but by the Pandavas. About 5 km. from Panna Tiger reserve (Mandla Gate) is this perennial waterfall, Pandav Caves and Falls. It was created by Pandavas during their exile. On request of queen Draupadi, Arjun had sent an arrow in the mountains and a stream of fresh water came out from the stones and has been flowing till date.
