Obstruction-free - well, there is hardly any pedestrian walk way in Delhi other than perhaps in Lutyens Delhi & NDMC area that can offer an obstruction free access for even a kilometer. And here we are sprucing up the city for G20 Delegates - only areas that are gong to be visible to the candidates. And there is little hope as the LG and the State Government do not see eye to eye. This is a satirical take on all that's happening in Delhi.
