It is generally bustling with hiking activity during peak season since it is the base camp for various treks, including Kedarkantha, Bali Pass, and Borasu Pass. The settlement has a stunning view of the sun setting behind the Himalayan peaks. Swargarohini's peaks gleam in the dusk light, towering over the mountains beyond Kotgaon.
