Autumn or the fall season is when the leaves fall from tree. The plants stop making food. The daylight starts becoming shorter. The days become shorter and we are exposed to lesser sunlight. This disturbs our internal clock that is our circadian rhythm goes off track. We tend to sleep longer than we used to do in summer. Scientifically, speaking since we take lesser amount of ultraviolet rays our body become somewhat confused and takes more time to recover. There is a change of mood as well...
