8th June 2017. This 8th century Pallava period cave was chiseled out of a monolithic rock at Saluvan Kuppam, entrance of Mahabalipuram otherwise known as Mamallapuram. We had been to this cave after visiting the ASI excavated ruined Murugan Temple.
