Blog Post showing untraceable tweets/retweets

I just started using my Twitter account.

One of my blog posts shows 2 tweets. One was by me. I can't find the other. I tried Topsy.com and socialmention.com but niether is able to find this mystery tweeter.

Is that normal?

Is there some way to track who tweets my posts/site URL?
