August 2011: IndiRank upgraded with mozRank

My ranking has dropped from the pedestial of 82 to 69, that too when I am blogging more now . that is the lowest rank for Chapters from my life ever.... 

Never mind Faridaji, you will scale it up once again the next time around :)

My rank dropped as well and my Alexa rank seems to have gone up!! Have no clue how Alexa works, any insights?

At 61 now. The updated has spoiled my rank to a certain extent and the second thing who has spoiled it is of course myself. :-)

Down to 71 from 76 ..  There ain't any change with my page rank. Infact the Alexa ranking has gone down to a great extent. Its doing good in Alexa as well. Don't know where I'm lacking.

Dropped from 72 to 61..its disgusting :(

my rank is dropped by 7point why is it so? my blog is more regular and visiting more people in the last month. i do not know what are u doing when allotted rank . i am of the view that this time my rank is up and it ia all time low. i think ur createia is tottaly wrong and pl see into it or otherwise i have to withdraw from indiblogger.

Madam..Don't worry..do your natural blogging. Mainly these ranks are made for professional bloggers (means blogging for money). If you have a poetry blog it's very difficult to get some search engine traffic because who will search poetry phrases in Google?

Professional bloggers need search engine traffic hence they study search engine optimization techniques..Page Rank, Alexa Rank..Back links, Social networking ..etc are the part of that.

Personal bloggers or the bloggers who do blogging as a passion get traffic from their fans and social networks.

If you want to be a professional blogger or to attain good ranks ..let it be Moz, Alexa or Page  Rank..I will give the tips..but it is not a single day process and not easy too. Why it's not easy..because it's a business and competition is very tough.  It's a continuous process.

btw..I am not a professional blogger and never  behind these numbers..

I believe the earlier methodology was much better inclusion of MOZ rank has made it more complicated.  Please check the loading of Indistats, it is too slow, never mind my ranking has dropped by 8 points   I suggest we get back to the old process.
