Well, I never knew that there is such a service of getting reveiwed. Please speak up the truth as I am planning to improve.
Hey Ankit, your blog is very nice and the post are relatively good but I will suggest that anyone visits your blog will not see the every page for content So give the link of your popular post or in the archiving give the hierarchical list where I see the post heading.
Also your pages are At the top of blog so no need of placing it another in the sidebar it just takes your sidebar space.
Also just insert a email subscription form at the blogs first page it will increase your subscriptions

Following changes hacve been made:
1. hierarchical archives
2. email subscription
3. pages removed from sidebar
