My Alexa Stats have dropped dramatically since last month. I was at 2 million, and now its over 3 million.
The way they track traffic seems messed up. My visitors have increased this month and so have the page views. But Alexa has given a much lower rank.
What's this all about?
err, I meant higher.
With increased pageviews, my ranking should have improved significantly. But it's getting worse. I'm well past 4 million now.
4.3 million now. India Ranking has disappeared around 2 weeks ago, was around 200K then.
wtf is going on?
I just checked Analytics. In August have an increase of 47% over July visitors but my Alexa ranking is getting worse.
You're not the only 1. Same from my end as well.Maybe(?) they updated some methodology for ranking or something.
Me too ,pageviews last onemonth zero . sreach visitor zero . How can this be possible when my avg pageviews/day is around 130 with 35% of it just from google . Kind of wierd .
@Dhiraj where are you checking your pageviews stats? The alexa site makes this info available to only their paid subscribers I suppose, that might be the reason though not very sure on it.
