i can suggest two things ....

that blue line is grabbing the attention ...while reading so u can either change the template design or u can change the post background colour so that it will be comfortable to read...

another suggestion if u write english poems whole world will enjoy ur thoughts

THe header is taking half of the screen, if possible try to reduce that, as the focus gets diverted form the main post.
