Google + is by invite only, any Indiblogger has experienced the new offering ?
i have submitted my mail id for Google + so far my account is not activated, maybe google is trying to experiment with the platform before throwing it open to the public. I am sure google + will be another good social networking platform with novel features and high security. Pl do pen your feedback whether Google + is worth it
Damn, I was predictin tht G+ wud flop, but the general mood here is more likes(or shud i say+1) rather thn not...
I even blogged bout it here (yes, still keepin the spirit of shameless self-promotion high!)

Now is there some way to keep a low profile on Google + ?? So many people who I have no idea about are adding me to their circles!! But then thank god! I am not required to accept any frind requests and everything I share remains in my Circles!!
I believe that is the purpose of circles, you can share limited info to circle of yours, some of the members whom you don t trust or really gel you can put them into acquaintance or stranger circle, thus you can segregrate

I have been using Google+ from 1st day and I quite like it. The exclusivity and simplicity are very good, even the android app is pretty neat, plus the whole UI of dragging people to a circle is fun. I also love to drag and throw people out of circle when needed.
Google + has given prominence to pictures and videos, even the circle grouping is good feature, got to try hangout after enabling videocam

I liked that point regarding communities and pages pointed out by you towards the end.
Every product has some drawbacks, so must GOOGLE + has negative shades, editing feature is good, and hangout seems to be promising
On entering into Google+, I just could not understand what I have to do next. With whom do I connect? Myself?
But the visual effects are appealing, especially those related to circles and the way in which a deleted circle moves out of the screen rolling.

And yeah after the failure of Buzz & Wave,its really a nice product from Google and will surely beat facebook in upcoming days as people are already pissed off with the privacy fetures in fb,facebook already got mad after Google+ launch atleast at my side servers arent working chat option sometimes coming at top etc etc

Yeah they are still experimenting with it that is why not open for all and then also they are getting plenty of request,facebook ignored many things even people kept on asking on their help pages that Google never did and would be the result for Google+ going up and FB down
Something unusual did happen. The invite was sent to my g mail address1. I had created a new account 2. But still clicking the join button in 1 automatically logged me into 2. Looks starnge.
Ranjith please don t hurry up and let your mail account be hacked....it will be a big loss
Too big a process. Had to enter the captcha thrice. The sound based verification emitted some strange sounds that I could not understand. And next, the message 'Some unusual activity has been detected' has been displayed. I had to verify with a mobile.
Can google make it simpler?

Well i have done it one because it feels special to have g+ invite :P
two: most of my friends started using g+ (not that they are not active on FB) leaving me no option. Time will tell who suvives but according to me g+ is a potential competitor.
But hey mark zuckerberg has promised some surprize in a month hopefully to keep FB users glued.
So Facebook seems to be waking up, best feature for them is to have movie reviews or sports live updates

i got my g+. Its better than FB in the sense that you can edit your comments. If your family members are in network then you can post uncensored content limited to your friends.
It doesnot have features like 'notes' to post your articles. being new i am still to explore more about communities.
Yes but since the sharing posts are without character limitations, you can share your articlees on the newsfeed itself and tag only certain friends.
