You have a good blog with an appealing design.

Here are a few suggesstions:

• The live traffic feed isn't required. The skyscraper like design looks ugly and the colours too don't match your blog.
• Move the followers gadget upwards so that your blog readers can notice it.
• Add e mail subscriptions widget so that your blog readers can stay in touch with your blog
• White text on black backgroung hurts the eyes
