as for suggestions,
Do not put the text around images. It may not be visible properly on all mobile devices. I suggest you to centre align the image and text in next line (as in 'Making it happen')
I believe you have made a spelling mistake in the 'First Immpressions'
Your blog will look better with a custom image header.
