I cant submit my blog post on IndiVine

Hello, I am getting this error while submitting blog - https://prnt.sc/weiefa . The Blog top10goa is safe and very popular in Goa. Anyone got idea about this error ?

I actually understood what the problem was today with the RAGNIR error...

Check in your description if you have by chance used a special character like e with an accent like in LAKME or TRESSEMME.

I was getting an error for the last few days and I just removed the accent and it got approved...

Someone please confirm with me on this... But it seems it solved my problem.

You are right. IB once told me this. Posts that have titles with french accents are not accepted on IB. Accent ague, accent grave, and trema.

It has taken me about three days to figure this out... I suddenly realised that in the cms of the office i used work in used to show error for french accents when uploading photos... I thought I might get help in the forum... but the brainwave came before I completely read all the replies... :)

Hi Arti. From the last 1month, I am unable to submit any post to indivine from my blog TechBonza. The blog URL is- http://techbonza.com/ The posts are working absolutely fine but when I try to submit them on indivine it gives the following error message - Sorry, I was unable to locate your post. Are you sure you gave me the right url? I have raised a support ticket and even tried to reach out indiblogger technical support through email and tel provided on their contact page but no progress. Tried on twitter also. Still no luck. Any help is appreciated.

• Gandalf, Ragnir: The description is too short. Note that IndiVine strips tags and swear words from your submission.
• Legolas: Your post title appears to be a URL.
• Mithrellas: Your post URL is invalid.
• Ae*****r, Boromir, Caranthir, Denethor, Eowyn, Hador, Jaybird, Khim, Isildur: Missing basic information in your form submission. Solution - Sign out, sign in and try again.

Thanks for the reply DS, but am not sure if this is the issue.The blog title is - Ramp-Ready Rapunzels : From Tired Tresses to TRESemmé Tresses! Dont think this comes too short title. Wonder what's wrong, I have raised 3 tickets on this and am yet to hear from the tech team. Maybe everyone's out for the weekend. :(

I have the same issue - Ragnir Error. My description doesnt have html tags or is not short in length. 

Error - Oops There was a problem with your submission. Error code: Ragnir You can try again, curse the IndiBlogger team or give up and go back to IndiVine.

The description is - There I was, sitting in a café at 0900 hrs. A beautiful morning arrayed with contentment that prevailed from the soul. This place in Balaclava (just outside the station) was called Las Chicas. Breathing in the fresh air and drinking in the urban morning vistas, I decided to order Australian breakfast. My earlier experience with cafés has been restricted to Mocha-chillos and Cappuccinos.

Your description looks a bit long to me. Try to cut down on its length and see if that works!

@shikha, in the place for Permalink you have to enter the url address of the post which you want to promote on indivine.

Whew! I think it's fixed now. The description after the first "&" was getting stripped away. Let me know if it works!

But one new problem arose. The list in which my post is showing has space for only two lines of description & third line is overlapped with "View post to promote button".

That error message means that the description became too short after it was stripped of HTML tags... did you have any html as part of your description?
