Clean and no clutter. Good layout.
I'm not a workout person but liked the contents of your blog(Workout plus eating tips is a good mix). I liked the myth busters too.
Since the blog is about healthy living, why not include a footnote with a calorie/fat measure etc in all the recipes? I would also love to see a section on substitutes for coconut/potatoes/rice/sugar etc with healthier alternatives.

It's funny that you pointed out the calorie measure thing because we are looking to create a widget that would provide all the calorie information for all Indian dishes. Thing is we love wysiwyg editors and can't find one that would suit what we need. Any help would be brilliant.
Re the substitutes: we actually work in subs into all the recipes already but looks like it would make sense to bump the focus up a bit.

I just did check out the home workout section. Hmm... Maybe. Adding videos/pics of the said workouts will definitely help.
I've no idea about the calorie count widget, sorry!
Maybe you can say original "THIS" subsituted for the healthier "THAT" and give the original option out there as well.
