On the whole I liked the thing. I just wanna make a couple of suggestions:

- May be a little more focus will do the blog some good. It has too much going on at once.

- Get rid of some of the widgets, especially the people that visited until now thing.

- It seems to me, much of your focus is on movies. How about creating specific categories so that I can directly jump to the specific movie review that I want.

Liked the blog and the content reasonably enough... A couple of things though:

I am not sure how or why but the posts have links to some internal pages which have no relation to the text being hyperlinked

Also, kinldy acknowledge the source of the images

The content is interesting and focussed, which I liked.

I visited your blog (http://www.eynjuls.com/harsha ) and like to give one suggestion. Why are you keeping dynamic URL structure for your blog posts (eg: http://www.eynjuls.com/harsha/?p=383 ). Better you adopt static URL structure (eg: http://www.eynjuls.com/harsha/the-art-of-teamwork/ ) for the posts. Static URL's are more Google friendly.

Nice blog. Liked the small slide kind thing at the top with a brief intro to the posts. Having read some of the posts, I understand that there is a whole range of things that you like writing on - tech, news items, movie reviews etc. Have you ever considered putting them under separate categories - making it easier for the readers to browse.

Oh yeah, I now see it in the sidebar. Sorry for having missed it. I mostly concentrated on the main body of the blog and was expecting categories somewhere on the top. But on the sidebar is fine too.

I guess people have alreay written most of what I had to say.

but i'd stress on the categorization again.

Also,your posts are well written and I love the layout. but the latter(including the title) says 'personal' and  'chic', adjectives at odds with the topics u've written on- business and media- fairly impersonal topics. so at a first glance the reader expects to find different kinds of posts than what they actually get to read.

first look...am floored. i looked at it n went wowww this looks so good.

then I wanted to read...had to wonder what to read, as someone rightly put it it's going too much going. things like translator n all....do u really need?? am not sure how it does it but the translation to hindi was word by word which kind of makes sense at times n not at times.

on the whole - looks great and hi-tech...factual and refreshing in the times of 'everyone is a philosopher' blogs. makes one read one post after the other.
