This is not possible because your post can not stay on first page for long if many posts are posted during the same time. Since Saturday/Sunday is off for many, you can expect more posts around this time but there is no guarantee again.
God knows, I don't know if people wait for nice muhurta to post.:)
haha....not muhurta....but timing it so that it is visible on the first page when most bloggers sign in
it doesn't matter much., I saw your blog, great writings, food lovers will surely get notice of it.
