Can I change the title of my blog after it has been approved?

I know that there is an edit feature where I can change the title of my blog. However if I do change it, will it have to be approved again? What are the other consequences? Will I lose all the back-links I have to my blog? Have I to go to all the sites where I have registered to edit the title?

You can change the title. If you have a blog from blogger.com, you can also change the url. I am not sure about Wordpress though.

You mean only title, not the URL? Edit it to your heart's content...
