I believe that professional blogs need to look flawaless.  you need to stop using those '...' after each line. Looks too informal and immature. if you want to get some serious audience, you need to write like a professional.

the tree theme doesnt go with the blog content. I suggest you change it.

the blog looks too text heavy and maybe using images and videos might lighten it up and attract more people.

for the theme i believe something that suits the blog and which compliments your blog. your current theme is more for someone who writes slow poetry. For a marketing blog i believe a professional and sober theme should do.
