New topic on forum
Hi. Whenever I start a new topic on forum. After sometime it shows the message that this topic is no longer active. What are the possible reasons? And how to rectify it?

Hmm, I'm IndiPolice myself, but I have no clue why the other are deleting popular topics. 
sorry, but the one that is popular can be against the forum guidelines too!
i do that on a thread but it was about blog reviews and needs demolition

r blog reviews.....that was deleted by me after warning status.... forum is not the place for blog reviews..

The problem I am facing is that one of my topic was popular. Now it was no longer active. The same thing happened with the new topic I started some days back.

Thats possible may be becoz your article could be considered as SPAM. IndiPolice is a group of bloggers who have the rights to tag a post as spam or should be send for Review to the IndiMods.
Or else it must be a technical problem. If you can share what sort of error you are facing, it may help.
