A few points:
1. Make the posting area larger. And then you can post larger images.
2. The sidebar width can also be increased.
3. The black theme is nice and classey, but I think it's being overused. Try setting up a personalized theme. It's pretty easy to make your own.
4. No ads on top of the blog I would suggest. Keep it on the side bars or in between posts.
5. The search bar also doesn't look nice on the top.
Sorry for pointing out so many things. I can understand if you are already fuming. Sorry again.
