learning to blog. pls help with feedback and suggestions

Hi Poornima,

well, layout placement and arrangement of topics, all the answers lie within you. Just think of your blog as another blog. Now what would  you want to see first?? There you go! Though a small suggestion for the layout : Please put all the info regarding your blog at the top...ads and other labels can come much later. This way the reader does not have to scroll around the entire blog searching for a specific category of your post or a specific post itself.
