After a quick glance:
Overall good blog. I'd try to focus the subjects a little more, but again that's personal preference.
Some suggestions:
1. On the right panel, move the About Me to the top.
2. I'd put the Red "Get paid" widget/gadget someplace else, somewhere down below. (But I don't know much about SEO and monetizing.)
3. The second gadget with a lot of heart symbols needs a better name. (Also I personally find scrolling text to be too slow and distracting. But this is a personal preference. Others might disagree.)
4. I'd move the categories even higher up.
5. I liked your contents. It is just that some of the posts are longer than the average post length. This is okay, as long as you are confident of holding your reader's attention. (Remember that blog readers are notoriously attention-deficit.)
6. Like the Cricket score box.
7. Liked the double-click for meaning widget. Very nice.
