Wordpress.com blogs rank higher than Blogspot.com blogs

It is surprising but true. Blogspot.com blogs owned by Google have a lower Google page rank than Wordpress.com blogs. And it also reflects in IndiBlogger rankings. I have four blogs (in fact two pairs), two each on both the blogging platforms and near mirror image of each other. The number of visitors are almost the same.  Here are the ranks on Indiblogger and Google :
