The team effort is excellent and it shows. The template design looks very cool. It will be good to get all author index.

How does it differentiates from other blogs? What will be that one reason for reader to visit your blog? It is important to get a niche defined which will perhaps give the content a direction or unique style.

You have raised some great points and we thank you for doing so. I think your review has now brought our focus on addressing important/critical issues.

We have many authors and till sometime back we had an author listing going. The key here as you have brought into focus is to choose your niche and then focus on that.

We will make the necessary changes.

I think its a damn good idea to have a 'community blog'. I am just expressing a word of caution - how do you decide what to post? What topic is OK and what is not? Is there a moderation policy? I am asking all this so that the excellent blog does not suffer the fate or so many e-groups in the past.

Thanks for taking the time to look at our blog.

We do have a moderation policy in place. We have a top level team of 4-5, members that moderates all posts. We do have a decalration to this effecet in our "T & C", which also lays out the topics for posts in a generic way.

I am glad you liked the design. We are focused on delivering high quality content.
