HI Abhijit,
1. Its a nice simple blog. But its a common template :)
2. Why dont you add about me? or contact me? as a page and not the default page by blogger.
3. No widget look is good, but some can help like adding an RSS or email subscription
4. Add social bookmarking links to the posts. this will drive visitors as well.

will incorporate some of the changes in blogspot and see how it looks
