Hi Purba,

1. I like the simple template, but it is one of the most common ones. See if you can find some new ones. It will set your blog apart. 

2. Am confused about who Kavita Chhibber is. This shows on the top. Can you add it on the side bar? I am guessing its an affiliation

3. Instead of writing your indirank you should look at posting the widget from widget section. 

4. Am confused about what "Follow me on Drishtikone" means. Is that your twitter handle? 

5. Looks good for starters. You should learn more tricks when you start blogging more often. 

Where were you teaching btw?

Hi Vineet,

My posts appear on Desicritics, Drishtikone and Kavita Chibber.com. These are links to my articles that have appeared so far. I have been blogging since November but managed to organise my posts on blogspot just last month. I know I should be adding a widget to display my IndiRanking but am pretty clueless about it. Could do with a bit of help there :)

You can show these links as affiliations on the sidebar. Its a good practice to let readers know subtly. Great blog btw, and thanks for commenting

Hi Purba, Read your 'Happiness on a Budget' post. I really like it. It brought wonderful memories of my own budget vacations. Thanks a lot Purba.

But I could not post any comment in your post as there is something wrong with the comments column. Maybe settings in my computer has something to do with it.

I found it very difficult to read your blog.  Because the background image is very colourful, I couldn't make out what is written on the post area. If you could do something about it, it would be great.

Hi,

Looks like you have already taken care of most points mentioned in earlier reviews. I have one suggestion. Since your posts are long (Very long, if I may say so), you could use the feature of 'Read more' link in the posts. Now this is easily done in blogger.

Currently you have a list of labels, which I suppose are listed alphabetically. Do think about what you will do with these when the list become looooooooong.

Hi Purba,

Very nice space you have out there..I like the topic selection and the content. It is very refreshing. Your template loads fast so that's an advantage. It has a light colour background so it does not hurt eyes. Appropriate number of widgets.

Only one feedback i have - your template background - it distracts a bit when I read the post. Otherwise - a simply rocking Blog :)

Nice read. Varied subjects. I feel if the categories could be made a bit more general, like personal, politics and entertainment. It would be easy to select the topics and read.

Hey!

I think I have a knack for UI issues. So I've always wanted to ask: why did you put social links (Google Buzz, StumbleUpon) in your header! They receive a good amount of clicks? It certainly distracts the user. :(

Plus, I noticed you've used only the left footer widget area. The center and right footer widget area are relatively blank! Why don't you keep the footer widgets equally spaced?

Love the grammar, punctuation and the language that you're able to use! I love reading it!
