Need suggestions for improvement of my online folio

Hi everyone, 

I recently posted to a portfolio blog from a personal blog; and there are loads of additions I have made to make it social friendly not to mention the backend tweaks and plugins added.

I am however still looking at ways to improve it further.

I need suggestions of content reorganization and menu flow primarily. Anything else is always welcome!
