Trying to see if what I write is too open~

I am a surgeon from Mumbai and I have worked in the government and private set up. What started as a bid to make people aware of what was happening in the government and municipal hospitals took a turn when I joined a private hospital and now private practice. I want a review to see if it is worth getting these views out into public.
